See the below URLs to use to access your appropriate softledger system:

  1. U.S. Hosted Tenant: app.softledger.com

  2. E.U. Hosted Tenant: eu-app.softledger.com

Troubleshooting Steps

If you are having issues logging into SoftLedger, follow these steps:

  1. First, check to be sure you are using the right email address without any errors. This will need to be the email address provided to SoftLedger to set up your user account.

  2. Clear your cookies/cache for the SoftLedger site (e.g. app.softledger.com)

  3. Check our status page - https://status.softledger.com

  4. Type in the SoftLedger URL (e.g. app.softledger.com) rather than accessing from a bookmark

  5. Hard refresh your browser (hold down the Control or Command button while clicking the refresh icon)

  6. If all those fail, restart your computer and reattempt login

If you are unsuccessful after those attempts, please contact support@softledger.com to troubleshoot further.
