Across SoftLedger, there are several bulk edit functions available. This article will walk through a few examples.

To access bulk edit functions within the application, you can select the checkboxes at left of any row in a Table, as well as select the very top left checkbox to select all options within that page of the Table. You can filter to find a set of options for bulk action, such as filtering the Journals Table by an End Posted Date to post Journals through that date.

For bulk actions like posting many Journals, this is always prompted with a confirmation message:

You can select up to 1,000 rows of the table at a time.

Once entries are selected, you can Post, Approve, Delete, etc. by the options displayed at the top of the tables.
