Navigate to Settings -> Currency where you will see a list of currencies. Click on the three dots all the way to the right and select export (see screenshot below).

Only rates that have been used for transactions recorded in SoftLedger are available for export. There may be missing days in the list of rates, but any date which has a transaction posted to it in that foreign currency will be included in the export file.

Exported rates exclude rates entered by users for foreign currency revaluations.
