Description
Users can recover their password if they have forgotten it by navigating to their respective login page and following the below steps.
Navigate to the Login Page
Head to app.softledger.com or eu-app.softledger.com and enter the email address used for accessing SoftLedger and click Continue:
Option 1: Create a New Password
If looking to set up a new password, click the Forgot Password button to receive an email to set up a new password:
Option 2: Receive Sign In Code
If looking to receive a one time code for login, click the Email sign-in code button to receive a code to your email for login:
